The Challenge: The manual adhesive spraying process often resulted in inconsistent glue application, leading to product defects and material waste. Furthermore, the chemical vapor and fumes from the adhesive posed health risks and negatively impacted the operators’ working environment.

Our Solution: The CE TECH engineering team designed and assembled a comprehensive Turnkey Solution for an automated spray adhesive machine, integrating industry-leading technologies:

Installed an Industrial Robotic Arm to precisely control the direction, angle, and timing of the adhesive application.

Integrated a high-quality pressure tank and spray nozzle system from ANEST IWATA.

Engineered the main control system utilizing Mitsubishi PLC and Servo technology, complete with standardized and meticulously organized control panel wiring.

Constructed a fully enclosed Safety Enclosure equipped with a Mistresa mist and fume collector mounted on top to effectively extract chemical vapors and prevent dispersion.

The Result: The machine now executes the adhesive spraying process with extreme precision and consistency across all workpieces. This significantly reduces material waste, accelerates the production cycle time, and perfectly elevates the safety standards (Safety First) for all operational staff.
